Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to exchange or refund any items still in original condition within 14 days of the customer receiving them, except for sale and/or seasonal items. The customer assumes responsibility for transport to and from our store.
If an item arrives damaged, please alert the delivery service (Canada Post, etc.) as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchange or return on any custom orders.
